My name is Teresa Stimpert. I’m an executive marketing contractor with over a decade of experience in business development, sales, and social media.
I’m based in Jacksonville, FL, where I live with my Saint Bernard, Bowser, and my Miniature Schnauzer, Marcella.
While I'm open to travel, I also thrive in hybrid and remote work setups. I take pride in my professionalism, while being approachable and enjoyable to work with.
My ideal client is someone contemplating agency assistance but desires a more hands-on approach and greater project visibility. Despite my leadership background, I find genuine satisfaction in actively contributing to content creation, writing, and design tasks.
After graduating with a master’s degree in marketing, I spent several years working in-house for major brands, at agencies, and eventually launched my own.
Additionally, I obtained a Real Estate License in 2020 and generated $30m+ in sales within 3 years. I then created a sales team and transitioned out of production in 2024. The team achieved $50m in sales within their first 6 months. Currently, I serve as the VP of Marketing for this team in a part-time capacity.

A Real Estate Team Concept brokered by United Real Estate Gallery. In a world of compressing commissions, we launched the leanest, most supportive brand we could - to keep more money in agents’ pockets, while empowering them to provide nothing less than world-class service. The team produces $50m in the last half of 2023, and we grew the team from 3 to 11 full-time agents.
Today, I lead, write, consult, and create.
